Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our team at AdventHealth Orlando. As a key member of our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), you will provide exceptional patient care and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and manage patients in the NICU, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with neonatologists, pediatricians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of evidence-based practices
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Nursing with a focus on Neonatology or a related field
  • Valid Florida APRN license with Neonatal Nurse Practitioner certification
  • 1-2 years of experience in the NICU as an RN or APRN
  • Certification through NCC (or eligible)
  • NRP certification
