Maintaining high standards across rental properties is essential. The VP sets and monitors cleanliness, safety, and guest experience benchmarks.

Works collaboratively with leadership to achieve company objectives while providing expertise on operational projects and systems. This includes motivating property managers and staff, ensuring effective communication, and identifying training needs.

Marketing Collaboration:
The VP partners with marketing teams to drive business growth, attract guests, and manage online presence, while exploring partnerships and distribution opportunities.

Technological Advancements:
Staying abreast of industry technologies, such as property management software, is crucial. The VP identifies, recommends, and implements new processes and systems to enhance organizational efficiency.

Administrative Excellence:
Maintains operational protocols, allocates resources effectively, and monitors key performance indicators to ensure success.

Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of management experience in short-term rental property management. A valid driver's license is required, along with a Real Estate Broker's license. Candidates should possess experience in daily operations of short-term/vacation rental management, including revenue management, and have a strong technological aptitude.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, is essential. Attention to detail, excellent time management, and a commitment to providing exceptional client service are critical. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with superior interpersonal abilities, are necessary for success in this role.

Education
A Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is required; an MBA or Master's degree is preferred.
