Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Federal HR Consultants to join our team. As a Senior Federal HR Consultant, you will apply federal HR expertise to provide a full range of strategic workforce planning, workforce assessment, and restructuring in accordance with federal and agency standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Workforce Planning: Set strategic direction, analyze workforce, identify skill gaps, and conduct workforce analysis.
  • Workforce Assessment and Restructuring: Conduct demand analysis, develop plan and recommendations related to organizational structure, and provide deliverables as requested.
  • Change Management: Develop implementation plan and roadmap, provide transition support, and assist in development of best practices for standardization of business processes.
Requirements
  • Minimum five years' experience as a Federal HR Consultant/Expert with a demonstrated ability to conduct federal strategic workforce planning.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree + minimum of five years related experience.
  • Security Clearance: Must be able to successfully undergo full security background and screening process.
