Drive Business Growth with Dynatrace

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for accelerating customer adoption of our product portfolio through strategic relationship management, success planning, and value realization. Your goal will be to own the renewal strategy and ensure timely renewal of subscription(s), while building Dynatrace brand awareness and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute customer success plans to drive business growth and retention
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
  • Monitor and analyze customer health to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and deliver training and enablement programs to ensure customer success

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of driving business growth and customer success
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop strategic plans
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes
