As the Customer Success Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Director of Customer Success to facilitate the growth and development of our remote, customer-oriented team. You will play a crucial role in structuring the team, which serves both clients and service providers, to accommodate significant growth while ensuring high-quality service delivery. Additionally, you will contribute to establishing the foundational aspects of Thefairstream's customer success strategy.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with Sales, Product, and Onboarding teams to enhance service offerings.
  • Analyzing trends and feedback to improve customer experience.
  • Building a cohesive team culture focused on excellence in service.
