We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head Start Center Manager to lead our education team at the YMCA of Central Ohio. The successful candidate will oversee the implementation of education services, provide supervision, training, and coaching to teachers, and ensure compliance with Head Start standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the implementation of education services, including curriculum development, teacher supervision, and parent engagement.
Provide coaching and support to teachers to improve practice and achieve quality improvement goals.
Ensure compliance with Head Start standards and regulations, including health and safety monitoring, record keeping, and reporting.
Collaborate with the education team to develop and implement program goals and objectives.
Participate in team meetings, home visits, and community events as needed.
Develop and maintain relationships with families, community partners, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in education leadership or related field.
Strong knowledge of Head Start standards and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
