Classroom Coach/Behavior Specialist

People Incorporated of Virginia is seeking a qualified applicant for the position of Classroom Coach/Behavior Specialist- Head Start at our Frederick County Head Start. The role will provide support to the Early Childhood Education and Wellness Coordinator to ensure that classroom staff understand and implement key educational strategies to meet the needs of individual children. The successful candidate will provide direct coaching and modeling to classroom staff, monitor effective lesson planning and classroom management, and support mental wellness and disabilities services in the classroom. A minimum of an Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field, along with relevant experience, is required.
