Este rol es fundamental para el desarrollo y la expansión de los esfuerzos de marca y marketing de la empresa. La función principal es crear contenido visualmente atractivo y creativo tanto digital como impreso.

Responsabilidades:

  • Crear diseños, conceptos y maquetas para materiales de marketing que cumplan con las pautas de la marca de la empresa.
  • Desarrollar gráficos y maquetas para materiales de marketing impresos y digitales.
  • Redactar contenido informativo y atractivo para piezas de marketing impresas y digitales, incluyendo revistas y folletos.
  • Apoyar el desarrollo, ejecución y mantenimiento de las pautas y estándares de diseño.
  • Colaborar en la producción de materiales impresos.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento del diseño con las necesidades del proyecto y los estándares visuales de la marca.
  • Traducir historias de marca y datos en presentaciones visuales claras y atractivas.
  • Desarrollar gráficos de marca, tablas, íconos, ilustraciones e infografías.
  • Producir gráficos consistentes y atractivos en formatos digitales, así como impresos cuando sea necesario.
  • Utilizar principios de diseño gráfico como color, forma y equilibrio para crear conceptos de diseño originales que informen y atraigan a audiencias técnicas y no técnicas a través de diversas plataformas digitales e impresas.
  • Mantenerse al tanto de las últimas tecnologías y tendencias en el entorno de diseño gráfico, lo que puede requerir investigar y emplear nuevas tecnologías de software y técnicas de diseño/desarrollo.
  • Revisar los diseños finales y sugerir mejoras según sea necesario.
  • Asistir con el contenido y la participación en redes sociales.

Requisitos:

  • Al menos 3 años de experiencia en diseño gráfico.
  • Conocimiento avanzado de Adobe Creative Suite (preferiblemente certificado por Adobe), Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
  • Dominio de Microsoft PowerPoint/Word.
  • Fuerte sentido del diseño y creatividad con integración de color, tipografía, fotografía y elementos gráficos ilustrativos.
  • Capacidad para transferir creativamente conceptos técnicos complejos en gráficos fácilmente comprensibles.
  • Comprensión de los estándares y pautas de marca.
  • Disposición para contribuir a sesiones de desarrollo creativo y lluvia de ideas.
  • Excepcionales habilidades de gestión del tiempo y atención al detalle.
  • Consistentemente puntual, con fuertes habilidades analíticas, alto nivel de creatividad y originalidad, altamente adaptable y flexible, energía y expresividad, habilidades de trabajo en equipo, capacidad para manejar múltiples proyectos, actitud positiva y proactiva.
  • Creación de Contenido: Utiliza habilidades de diseño gráfico y conocimiento de software actual para producir arte gráfico y materiales visuales, genera imágenes, animaciones, texto y video, y crea conceptos visuales para comunicar ideas.

Educación:

Título de Licenciatura en Diseño Gráfico, un campo relacionado o un mínimo de 8 años de experiencia equivalente.
