We are seeking a Demand Planner to become a vital part of our organization. The successful candidate will be instrumental in crafting and sustaining precise demand projections for our product range. Primary Responsibilities
  • Generate precise demand forecasts utilizing historical data and market insights.
  • Enhance forecasting methodologies to boost accuracy and adaptability to market fluctuations.
  • Evaluate and account for seasonal variations across diverse product lines.
  • Work in conjunction with multiple departments to anticipate new product introductions and pricing effects.
  • Compile data updates for regular demand assessment meetings.
  • Support the formulation of annual budget forecast premises.
Performance Metrics

Success will be gauged by Forecast Accuracy (MAPE) and Service Levels.

  • Forecast Accuracy (MAPE) target of 65%+
  • Service Levels target of 98.5%+
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
  • 2-3 years of experience in demand planning.
  • Prior experience in the Consumer Goods sector is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative abilities.
  • Familiarity with demand forecasting and statistical analysis.
  • Proficient in planning software such as SAP, JDA, Oracle, etc.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced skills in Excel.
