Key Responsibilities:


As an Account Executive, you'll be responsible for building a book of business through:

• Identifying and establishing referral partner relationships with professionals from the real estate and mortgage industry.

• Collaborating with clients to understand their insurance needs, analyzing options with a large carrier portfolio, and providing a custom solution to mitigate household risk.


Our team is driven by new business revenue generation, and we work together to achieve these goals on an individual and team level. You'll be equipped with extensive training in salesforce.com, sales process management, business development, and more.


Compensation and Benefits:


We offer a competitive compensation package with uncapped new business commissions and renewal commissions year-over-year. Our first year's earnings potential ranges from $53,000 to $90,000, varying based on performance. Additionally, top performers can qualify for an annual President's Club trip.


We provide high-quality voluntary health, vision, dental insurance programs, paid holidays, vacation, and sick leave. Benefit offerings may vary per agency.


Requirements and Qualifications:


• Passing the state licensing exam, once hired

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
