Job Summary

Brandpoint is seeking a highly motivated and disciplined Business Development Coordinator to provide pre-sales support. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to compete and win, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive top-of-funnel lead generation for account executives and sales managers.
  • Update and refresh accounts within Brandpoint's CRM systems.
  • Consistently achieve monthly quota of qualified meetings set.
  • Shadow Account Executives and Project Managers to learn the business for future succession planning.
  • Enthusiastically participate in continued sales training development and skill improvement.
Requirements
  • 1+ years' experience in sales preferred but not required.
  • Experience and/or interest in sales, business development and/or marketing.
  • Advanced problem resolution skills, organization and communication abilities.
  • Confident in mastering new software and technology like Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Desire to grow within an organization that shares similar values.
  • Lifelong learner who loves training and can be coached.
  • Proven history of discipline and grit (sports, military, higher education, etc.)
