Job Title: Program Manager

ASun Star Consulting, INC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing program policies that enable us to manage the day-to-day operations of our in-facility programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement program policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective program operations.
  • Manage communications and schedule events or meetings related to the program, as well as employee schedules.
  • Supervise department staff and direct support staff providing services.
  • Help create and/or collaborate on Behavioral Support Plans (BSP) and oversee their implementation and data tracking.
  • Recruit, hire, orient, and train new staff.
  • Track trends, data, and outcomes to ensure that the programs are meeting department and agency goals.
  • Communicate with all staff, families, school staff as needed, and actively coordinate and collaborate services.
  • Develop and track metrics and department goals.
  • Oversee Quality Assurance (QA) of programs.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with agency departments to ensure continuity of services.
  • Complete department staff evaluations and track individual staff metrics performance.
  • Develop, create, and/or oversee curriculums for department programs.
  • Increase participation and census of programs.
  • Coordinate all activities that support program and community events.
Requirements:
  • Effective leadership skills with 10+ staff members or more.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and time-management skills.
  • Proven ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to provide on-call services to facilitators, referral sources, and families.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5+ years' experience working in the human services/social services/behavioral health field(s).
  • A minimum of 3+ years' experience in a supervisory role.
  • ABA and/or Behavioral Experience preferred.
  • Ability to oversee the implementation of BSPs and data.
  • Proficient experience using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
  • Valid Driver's License required.
