Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavior Technician to join our team. As a Behavior Technician, you will work one-on-one with clients, providing valuable experience in the fields of psychology, social work, occupational therapy, physical therapy, and speech therapy. You will be paired with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst for regular supervision and guidance.

Responsibilities
  • Provide behavior support to students in a school setting
  • Work collaboratively with a school team to develop and implement behavior plans
  • Implement evidence-based interventions to support student behavior
  • Document progress and maintain accurate records
  • Participate in regular training and professional development opportunities
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift at least 50lbs and move quickly without support
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
