Behavioral Support Specialist

Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavior Technician to join our team. As a Behavior Technician, you will work one-on-one with clients, providing valuable experience in the fields of psychology, social work, occupational therapy, physical therapy, and speech therapy. You will be paired with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst for regular supervision and guidance.
Responsibilities- Provide behavior support to students in a school setting
- Work collaboratively with a school team to develop and implement behavior plans
- Implement evidence-based interventions to support student behavior
- Document progress and maintain accurate records
- Participate in regular training and professional development opportunities
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift at least 50lbs and move quickly without support
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
