Mechanical Oversight:

Structural Maintenance:

Equipment Management:

Grounds Maintenance:

Qualifications:

Experience:

A minimum of two years in a supervisory capacity and five years in building trades, including mechanical, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and small gas engine skills.


Technical Proficiency:
Familiarity with computer systems, particularly the Google platform and CAD software.
