Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide exceptional support to our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Fielding calls and directing them to the appropriate team members
- Coordinating with team members to schedule appointments, meetings, and property viewings
- Preparing and sending marketing packages to prospective clients and buyers
- Following up with buyers to gather feedback, answer questions, and address concerns
- Maintaining organized records of client communications, appointments, and marketing activities
- Assisting with other administrative tasks and projects as needed
Requirements:
- California resident
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Word and Excel
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Preferred qualifications include previous experience in an administrative or customer service role and familiarity with commercial real estate or related industry.
