Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for administering the Address Confidentiality Program (ACP) in accordance with state law and agency policies.

This includes managing the statewide services of the ACP, including enrollment, certification, cancellation, protected record voting and marriages, outreach, school enrollment, and revocable trusts.

Additionally, the candidate will interview, onboard, manage, and evaluate program staff, provide input to the Deputy Director/Director for staff position description development, recruitment, and staffing needs, and confer with program and agency staff, government agencies, and private entities to pose solutions to unique and unprecedented issues.

The ideal candidate will also develop, maintain, and continuously evaluate program rules, policies, and procedures for compliance with RCW 40.24, identify new tools and resources for program improvements, and make recommendations to the Operations Deputy Director and Director.
