The Ladgov Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Occupational Health Program Manager to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for overseeing and reviewing the Composite Army National Guard Safety Development and Assessment Program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Oversight: Assist in managing and coordinating program initiatives to ensure compliance with Army policies and federal Occupational Health laws.
  • Site Assessments: Conduct off-site assessments and travel to various states to evaluate program effectiveness.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with state Occupational Health and Industrial Hygiene professionals to ensure seamless inspections.
  • Reporting: Provide written reports to senior military leadership detailing findings and recommendations.
  • Special Projects: Conduct special studies and projects to improve Occupational Health services and policies.
Requirements
  • Licensure: Must be a licensed registered nurse with current certification.
  • Knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge of Army policies, Occupational Safety and Health Administration regulations, and federal Occupational Health laws.
  • Travel: Ability to travel extensively for assessments and inspections.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, with ability to conduct special projects as directed.
  • Certification: Completion of Department of Defense security training requirements annually.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer an estimated salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include comprehensive health insurance, retirement plan matching, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
