As a Technical Program Management Director, you will be part of a dynamic tech team that manages enterprise platforms hosting billions of documents. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams across the organization to define product roadmaps and future strategies. You will also be responsible for teaching the organization about the benefits of effective Technical Program Management and growing a team of TPMs.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong technical background, preferably in building highly scalable platforms, products, or services
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and influencing skills
  • A quantitative approach to problem-solving and a collaborative mindset
  • Experience as a TPM leader, with the ability to grow and develop a team of TPMs

You will also need to have a deep understanding of Agile delivery, cloud computing services, and distributed systems. Experience working in a highly regulated environment is a plus.
