The Little Gym is the world's premier enrichment and physical development center for children ages 4 months through 12 years. We are looking for a passionate and fun-loving individual to join our team as a Program Director.

About The Job

As a Program Director, you will be responsible for teaching engaging classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method. You will also provide exceptional customer service and ensure that our high standards are met.

Responsibilities
  • Teach amazing classes that promote physical development, confidence, and skill-building in children
  • Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience
  • Oversee the full breadth of programs to ensure our high standards are met
  • Lead and motivate your team to achieve our goals
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A background in child development, physical education, or a related field
  • Experience working with children of all ages and abilities
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • A passion for creating a positive and supportive learning environment
