Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct physical inventory counts at customer locations to ensure accurate inventory levels
  • Use handheld scanners to scan barcodes and update inventory records in real-time
  • Collaborate with customers to resolve inventory discrepancies and ensure timely resolution
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with the inventory management team to identify and implement process improvements
Requirements
