Job Description:

At Tulsa Winch Group, we are searching for a highly skilled Procurement and Inventory Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing the procurement and inventory processes, ensuring that our plant operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Procurement and Inventory Management: The Procurement and Inventory Specialist will be responsible for managing the procurement process, including creating and reviewing material requisitions and purchase orders. They will also oversee the inventory levels, ensuring that we have the necessary materials to meet production demands.
  2. Capturing and Mitigating Risks: The successful candidate will identify and mitigate risks associated with supply chain disruptions, inventory shortages, and quality issues. They will work closely with suppliers, commodity managers, and other stakeholders to resolve these issues.
  3. Process Improvement: The Procurement and Inventory Specialist will analyze current processes and identify opportunities for improvement. They will implement changes to optimize procurement and inventory processes, reducing costs and improving efficiency.
Requirements:
  1. Education and Experience: The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in a supply chain or logistics field, with 5-8 years of experience in materials management or procurement. APICS CPIM or CSCP accreditation is preferred.
  2. Travel and Work Arrangement: The Procurement and Inventory Specialist will be required to travel as needed and work on-site at our Tulsa location.
Salary and Benefits:

The salary range for this position is $80,000-$110,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
