Position Summary

Role Responsibilities

  • Conduct performance assessments for Sensor Mission Planning, including designing system architectures for new features, liaising with users and the development team, and troubleshooting anomalies.
  • Perform technical data analysis across a range of engineering challenges related to large-scale GEOINT systems.
  • Engage in root-cause analysis of system and software performance issues.
  • Support system modernization initiatives and architecture evaluations.
  • Provide test support, Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V), algorithm prototyping, and simulation.
  • Analyze system and mission requirements, conduct feasibility studies, and contribute to system modernization efforts.
  • Collaborate with multiple agencies and stakeholders to develop solutions and build consensus.
  • Undertake additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance and submit to CI Poly.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Systems Engineering or a related technical field.
  • 5+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 3+ years with a Master's degree.
  • Strong understanding of Satellite Mission Planning functionalities, performance constraints, and mission support requirements.
  • Proven ability to cultivate and manage customer relationships while identifying and pursuing emerging opportunities such as RFPs, BAAs, SBIRs, and IRADs.
  • Experience with .NET, Java, C#, and Python applications.
  • Proficient in Object-Oriented Programming, Databases, and Web/Cloud applications.

Desired:

  • Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly.
  • Master's Degree in Systems Engineering or a related technical field.
  • Demonstrated experience in Object-Oriented Programming, Databases, and Web/Cloud applications.
  • Experience in Dev/Sec/Ops.
  • Background in Business Development.
  • Project Leadership experience.
  • Experience in GEOINT and MASINT.
  • Knowledge of Space Situational Awareness.

Compensation

The compensation range for this position is $106,000 - $165,000, reflecting typical salary expectations based on experience, location, and other relevant factors.
