Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Systems Engineer specializing in HVAC to collaborate closely with our clients in a dynamic and operationally driven environment. This role involves supporting essential facilities operations.

This position may require travel for several assignments throughout the year, working alongside a team of dedicated engineers as part of a larger initiative.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee mechanical systems including chiller plants, fan coil units, and air handling units, ensuring optimal operations and maintenance.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all site modifications and as-built designs.
- Engage in future site design improvements and upgrades.
- Analyze monitoring system data to enhance efficiency and support expansion efforts.
- Serve as the lead HVAC Technician during on-site operations, managing maintenance and modifications.
- Travel for assignments with scheduled leave opportunities throughout the year.

Essential Qualifications:
- Active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph.
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience or an advanced degree with 5 years of experience in a related field.
- Proficient in chilled water systems, including chiller plants, pumps, and associated infrastructure.
- Ability to lift and carry systems weighing up to 45 pounds and proficient in using various site equipment.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Journeyman HVAC Technician license.
- Familiarity with data center management systems, including operation and programming.
- Cross-training in other trades such as electrical, plumbing, or structural.

Clearance Requirement:
Top Secret SCI clearance is mandatory for this position.
