Job Description

The Operations Senior Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate completion of responsibilities set out below. This includes creating a Follow the Sun model between locations, requiring close collaboration and clear hand-offs to ensure service and operations excellence. The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand billing attributes and client relationships that drive revenue accrual and client invoicing.
  • Review new accounts, changed accounts, and terminated accounts to ensure accurate records and billing.
  • Audit changes to pricing agreements by clients when revenue accrual and invoicing is impacted.
  • Manage new billing groups, ensuring compliance with documentation.
  • Verify accuracy of information through checks and balances.
  • Maintain accurate records and files for clients.
  • Develop and track metrics and data to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and provide status updates.
