Job Description
The Operations Senior Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate completion of responsibilities set out below. This includes creating a Follow the Sun model between locations, requiring close collaboration and clear hand-offs to ensure service and operations excellence. The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand billing attributes and client relationships that drive revenue accrual and client invoicing.
- Review new accounts, changed accounts, and terminated accounts to ensure accurate records and billing.
- Audit changes to pricing agreements by clients when revenue accrual and invoicing is impacted.
- Manage new billing groups, ensuring compliance with documentation.
- Verify accuracy of information through checks and balances.
- Maintain accurate records and files for clients.
- Develop and track metrics and data to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and provide status updates.
