**About the Position:** We are seeking an experienced Financial Specialist to join our team as a Payroll Accountant. This is a full-time position working 35 hours per week with occasional overtime available.

**Estimated Salary:** The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for managing our payroll, reconciling accounts, and providing financial reporting.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Manage payroll processing, including preparation of paychecks and direct deposits.
  • Reconcile company bank statements and credit card accounts.
  • Provide accurate and timely financial reporting to management.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in accounting or related field.

**Working Conditions:**

  • This position is located in a small office setting with a collaborative team environment.
  • You will have your own office with brand new computer equipment and software.
