Job Overview

Aston Carter seeks an experienced Accounting and Payroll Specialist to manage payroll for 200 employees in a multi-state environment. The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing and disbursing monthly and semi-monthly payrolls, assisting with month-end and year-end close, and other financial accounting tasks.

The ideal candidate will have experience with payroll software such as PegPaylocity, ADP, or third-party services. They will also be responsible for reviewing and approving timesheets, compiling payroll data, running payroll reports, submitting tax payments, and analyzing compensation.
