Are you passionate about accounting and customer service? We are seeking a skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team in Tukwila, WA.

About the Job:

This is a temporary position lasting approximately two months. You will be working on the Accounts Payable team, assisting with project work, processing invoices, troubleshooting vendor inquiries, reviewing and creating reports, and managing vendor accounts.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of two years of accounting experience
  • Previous experience with ERP software systems is preferred
  • The ability to function efficiently in a high-volume environment
  • Professional communication and customer service skills
  • High attention to detail

Benefits:

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $25.00-$28.00 per hour. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and a 401K plan.
