About the Role:

We are seeking a Trust & Safety Manager to join our team. As a key member of our trust and safety team, you will be responsible for working collaboratively with cross-functional partners to maintain a safe and respectful online environment for our users. Your primary focus will be on identifying opportunities to promote trust and ensure the highest level of user safety in our products and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and enhance trust and safety policies and workflows to ensure effective risk management measures.
  • Analyze key operational metrics and identify platform and market-based trends to inform solutions that address risks.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve procedures and policies based on emerging trends and challenges.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of industry experience in trust and safety, privacy, compliance, or similar functions.
  • Experience working with international partners across different time zones and cultures.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • Ability to execute quickly with limited guidance on complex, cross-functional projects.
  • Strong preference for background in video gaming, online marketplaces, or social media.
