Body Shop Repair Specialist

At Quality Talent Group, we're seeking a skilled Body Shop Repair Specialist to join our team at Crash Champions. As a leading provider of collision repair services, we're committed to delivering exceptional results and building trust with our customers.
ResponsibilitiesAs a Body Shop Repair Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Examining damaged vehicles and planning efficient repair processes
- Working with others to ensure timely and quality repairs
- Making decisions on repair vs. replacement, considering safety, cost, and cycle time
- Removing and reinstalling vehicle components, such as upholstery and electrical systems
- Participating in safety meetings and adhering to company protocols
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Experience with frame machines and body repair techniques
- Certification in body repair, preferably I-CAR welding certified
- Knowledge of vehicle repair processes and manufacturer-specific requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to supervise repair personnel and lead by example
