Job Summary

Gridiron IT is seeking an experienced Audiovisual Specialist to provide onsite support to a Federal Government Agency in Washington DC. This role will involve maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing audiovisual (AV) technology, as well as preparing and maintaining relevant records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to users for audiovisual equipment
  • Set up and calibrate equipment for use
  • Identify causes for AV problems and collaborate with clients to resolve issues
  • Operate equipment as needed for various meetings and events
  • Deliver excellent customer support to AV users
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

Must have experience with Crestron Flex, preferably in a Microsoft environment; Crestron Mercury; and Pexip VTC. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and excellent communication abilities.

Work Environment

Work primarily in a climate-controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential. Sedentary, sitting, walking, occasional lifting (overhead waist level from floor), bending, frequent near vision use for reading and computer use, frequently fast-paced environment.

Clearance

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance is required.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000k (Compensation is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, work experience, skills, education, certifications, seniority, and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.)
