Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and document the effects of proposed changes on business operations, systems, and stakeholders.
- Assist in crafting and executing change management strategies and plans.
- Work closely with project teams to promote effective communication and stakeholder engagement throughout the change process.
- Prepare and present reports, presentations, and documentation pertinent to change initiatives.
- Monitor and assess the progress of change initiatives, proactively identifying and resolving issues as they arise.
- Support the creation and delivery of change management training and resource materials.
- Collect and analyze stakeholder feedback to evaluate the success of change initiatives and suggest enhancements.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Psychology, or a related discipline.
- 0-2 years of experience in change management, business analysis, or a similar field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging and influencing stakeholders.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and projects in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with change management frameworks and tools (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step Process) is advantageous.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
