Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and document the effects of proposed changes on business operations, systems, and stakeholders.
  • Assist in crafting and executing change management strategies and plans.
  • Work closely with project teams to promote effective communication and stakeholder engagement throughout the change process.
  • Prepare and present reports, presentations, and documentation pertinent to change initiatives.
  • Monitor and assess the progress of change initiatives, proactively identifying and resolving issues as they arise.
  • Support the creation and delivery of change management training and resource materials.
  • Collect and analyze stakeholder feedback to evaluate the success of change initiatives and suggest enhancements.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Psychology, or a related discipline.
  • 0-2 years of experience in change management, business analysis, or a similar field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging and influencing stakeholders.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and projects in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with change management frameworks and tools (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step Process) is advantageous.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
