Job Title: Per Diem Speech Language Pathologist

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team on a per diem basis. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to adult and geriatric patients in their homes throughout Cleveland County.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough evaluations to assess, diagnose, and provide therapeutic interventions for clients with speech, language, communication, or swallowing difficulties.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.
  • Educate and instruct patients, family members, or caregivers on rehabilitative care and activities necessary for independent living.
  • Accurately document client progress, interventions, and evaluations using electronic medical records.
Requirements:
  • Current license as a Speech Language Pathologist in NC.
  • Certificate of clinical competence in speech from the American Speech and Hearing Association.
  • Solid computer skills and experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
