BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team on a per diem basis. As a per diem SLP, you will have the flexibility to choose your own schedule and work with a variety of clients in the Kernersville, North Carolina area.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Speech Language Pathologist to provide high-quality care to our clients. As a per diem SLP, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating clients with speech, language, communication, or swallowing difficulties. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each client.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations to assess client needs and develop treatment plans
  • Provide individualized speech therapy sessions to clients in their homes
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Document client progress and treatment plans
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices
Requirements
  • Current license as a Speech Language Pathologist in North Carolina
  • Experience working with adult and geriatric populations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Computer skills and experience with electronic medical records (EMR)
