Up to $21/hr based on experience

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Logistics Specialist with a proven track record. In this role, you will manage material flow by utilizing dispatch lists, schedules, and inventory management systems to ensure efficient operations.

Your responsibilities will include executing shop floor and inventory control tasks, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring a smooth supply chain process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the supply and removal of pallets to designated staging areas and handle the disposal of scrap and empty containers.
  • Stock materials, verify counts and part numbers against documentation, re-organize materials as necessary, and address shortages.
  • Retrieve materials for various requirements and deliver them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Conduct inventory tasks as needed and segregate materials when required.
  • Assist in organizing material for efficient workflow and maintain cleanliness in shared workspaces.
  • Ensure a tidy and orderly work environment, adhering to safety protocols while accurately recording production data.
  • Communicate effectively in writing and verbally, maintaining a positive interaction with all team members.
  • May assist in aftermarket operations by selecting parts for sales and packaging.
    Essential Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) along with relevant work experience.

Physical Demands:

Must be capable of lifting up to 40 pounds occasionally, with mechanical assistance for heavier items.


Standing Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods, up to three hours at a time.

Stooping Requirements:
Required to lift items from pallets.

Manual Dexterity:
Proficient in using hand tools, screws, gauges, and operating control buttons.

Carrying Requirements:
Able to carry 40 pounds for distances up to 25 feet.

Key Skills:
  • Prior experience in material handling (forklift, cherry picker, or reach lift experience preferred).
  • Team-oriented with a collaborative spirit.
  • Strong planning and organizational abilities.
  • Familiarity with RF scanners and computer systems.

Communication Skills:
