Executive Sales Representative

The DH Pace Company, Inc., a leading distributor and service organization, seeks an experienced sales professional to join their team as an Executive Sales Representative. This role will focus on promoting comprehensive door solutions to industrial and commercial businesses across the country.
About the Role:
- This position requires meeting with decision-makers to influence the purchase of our premium door products and services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients through consultative sales approaches.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales and gross profit targets.
- Promptly follow up on customer projects and collaborate with internal teams as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records in our Customer Relationship Management System (CRM).
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
- A minimum of two years of outside sales experience is desired.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with contacts at all levels are essential.
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills are required.
