  • Process guest payments in accordance with established protocols.

  • Resolve guest complaints effectively, escalating issues to the Front Desk Supervisor when necessary.
  • Manage reservations and coordinate with the reservation center as needed.
  • Handle financial transactions, including maintaining accurate records of guest accounts and completing cashier reports.
  • Safeguard guest belongings by managing safe-deposit box access.

Qualifications:

A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Candidates should possess strong typing and computer skills, along with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. Physical demands include the ability to speak and hear on the phone, read and write, lift and carry items, and navigate stairs.
