We are seeking a talented Patient Experience Navigator to join our team at Bon Secours Mercy Health. As a Patient Experience Navigator, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our patients have a positive and supportive experience throughout their treatment journey.

Job Summary

The Patient Experience Navigator will be responsible for guiding infusion patients through the healthcare system, removing barriers to care, and developing relationships with service providers. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to navigate complex healthcare systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide infusion patients through the healthcare system, removing barriers to care.
  • Develop relationships with service providers and track interventions and outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure collaborative patient care.
  • Assist patients with identifying and eliminating potential barriers to care.

Requirements

  • Associates Degree in Nursing (required)
  • Bachelor's degree in BSN (preferred)
  • RN License Required
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in oncology or infusion services environment (required)

Benefits
