Job Description

The E-Billing Coordinator will oversee and optimize billing and electronic billing operations for domestic and international clients and vendors. This role requires robust analytical skills and exceptional customer service abilities.

  • Responsible for the administration of all electronic billing clients and vendors, including documentation, training, analysis, reporting, and security.
  • Partner with the Billing Team and Finance Department to analyze, identify, recommend, and implement enhancements, management reports, and troubleshooting electronic billing issues.
  • Maintain a profile for each electronic billing vendor being utilized, including policies and contact information. Communicate all e-billing guidelines and updates to key members of the Finance Team.
  • Meet with billing attorney(s) or secretaries to discuss electronic billing processes when requested.
  • Offer constructive solutions to reduce or eliminate electronic billing inefficiencies.
  • Work within the Ebilling Hub and help troubleshoot/resolve electronic billing problems.
  • Update and manage client websites.
  • Work with Billing Assistants to ensure compliance with all Electronic Billing Guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the Collections Team to ensure proactive follow-up on aged invoices submitted electronically. Address all rejected invoices within two business days.
