About the Role

This is a 100% on-site position with no remote work required. You will work a 4-12 hour rotating shift schedule, with 5 weeks of days and 1 week of nights. You will also have one week with 4 ten-hour days. As a Facility Maintenance Repair Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the health and safety of yourself and others by following policies and procedures. You will also disassemble and reassemble equipment to examine or repair it, fabricate metal pieces, and replace gaskets as needed. Additionally, you will determine the cause of malfunctioning systems and perform repairs or replacements as necessary. You will also monitor equipment to ensure all repairs and testing are completed to ensure proper operation.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure health and safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times
  • Disassemble and reassemble equipment to examine or repair
  • Fabricate metal pieces and replace gaskets as needed
  • Determine the cause of malfunctioning systems and perform repairs or replacements as necessary
  • Monitor equipment to ensure all repairs and testing are completed to ensure proper operation


Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Hydraulic system repair experience
  • Industrial experience preferred
  • Heavy equipment repair experience
  • Ability to work overtime as needed
  • Ability to use a cutting rig
  • Ability to successfully pass mechanical aptitude testing
  • Proficient with computers and systems
  • Knowledge of the industry's latest technology or having experience working with electronics
  • Valid US Driver's License required
