Job Title: Senior Account Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Account Executive to join our team at ACCUR Recruiting Services. As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing and growing our client's portfolio within the women's apparel sector. This role requires a consultative sales approach where you will partner with offprice retailers to create tailored solutions, oversee the order process, and ensure the seamless execution of sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients in the offprice retail sector.
  • Serve as the main point of contact, providing exceptional service and tailored solutions that meet clients' needs.
  • Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and check-ins to stay aligned with client objectives.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for expanding the client base, focusing on potential partnerships within the offprice retail market.
  • Attend trade shows, networking events, and industry functions to connect with potential clients and introduce the brand.
  • Implement sales strategies in alignment with the company's goals, ensuring the achievement of individual and team sales targets.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to refine sales techniques and capitalize on market trends.
  • Monitor the sales process from initial contact to final delivery, ensuring a seamless client experience.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales or account management within the women's apparel industry, with a focus on offprice retail.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, sales software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.
  • Deep understanding of the women's fashion industry, with an ability to identify and adapt to emerging trends.
  • Location: This is an office-based position in Pasadena, CA. Occasional travel may be required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
