Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Marketing Sales Representative to join our team at Ultimate Staffing Services. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for marketing, strong communication skills, and a proven track record in sales.

The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and promoting our full range of marketing services to help clients achieve their business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients and expand business with existing clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their marketing needs and objectives.
  • Present and sell a wide range of marketing services, including digital marketing, branding, social media management, and advertising campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the internal marketing and creative teams to tailor services and solutions that meet client needs.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and stay up to date with industry trends and competitors.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals that align with clients' business objectives.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage the onboarding process for new clients.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the company's services and grow business opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in marketing, advertising, or a related industry.
  • Bilingual Mandarin.
  • Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with digital marketing tools.
  • Knowledge of current marketing trends and techniques, including social media, SEO, and digital advertising.
