Job Overview

AirTech HVAC LLC is seeking a skilled HVAC Sales Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and nurturing strong relationships with customers, understanding their unique needs, and providing tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
  • Collaborate with the HVAC team to ensure seamless coordination and execution of projects.
  • Drive HVAC sales growth by proactively identifying, prospecting, and acquiring new clients in residential sectors.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
  • In-home sales experience in HVAC/construction or similar industry.
  • Proven sales of $2M+ for a minimum of 2 years.
  • Top-notch communication, customer service, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to physically crawl in tight spaces and hot attics for 15-20 minutes, 2-3 times per day, and/or climb ladders and traverse roofs.
  • Ability to manage multiple ongoing opportunities/projects simultaneously.
