Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Personal Assistant to deliver comprehensive assistance to our partner. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, a strong organizational aptitude, and the capability to manage diverse tasks and individuals both in and out of the office.

Compensation:

$20 - $30 hourly

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle deliveries and perform errands as required
  • Complete additional assigned tasks as necessary
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation

Primary Duties:

  • Administrative Assistance: Oversee calendars, schedule meetings, and manage appointments. Address phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the partner.
  • Task Coordination: Organize and prioritize daily responsibilities to ensure effective workflow. Assist with project management and follow up on outstanding matters.
  • Travel Management: Plan travel itineraries, lodging, and logistics for both business and personal journeys.
  • Event Coordination: Aid in the planning and organization of firm events, client meetings, and other engagements.
  • Office Management: Support daily office operations, including supply ordering, expense management, and vendor coordination.
  • Home Management: Assist the partner with home-related tasks such as organization, vendor setup, and household management duties.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Excellent interpersonal and time management skills.
  • Able to complete tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Experience in roles such as personal assistant, executive assistant, or administrative assistant.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar capacity.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, trustworthy, resourceful, and detail-oriented.
  • Strong written and verbal communication capabilities.
  • Proficient in computer-related tasks, including document drafting and email correspondence.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • A proactive and positive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs.
