Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at TJ Maxx. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for promoting an exceptional customer experience, leading a team of Associates, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience: Create a positive and engaging customer experience by providing exceptional service, resolving customer complaints, and promoting loyalty programs.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team of Associates, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Store Operations: Oversee the front of store operations, including register management, POS coverage, and break coordination.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.
  • Loss Prevention: Identify and address potential loss prevention issues, ensuring a safe and secure shopping environment.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with management and Associates, providing progress updates and addressing priorities.
Requirements
  • Availability: Available to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
  • Experience: 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
  • Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Teamwork: A team player with the ability to work effectively with peers and supervisors.
