At Infinity Ventures, we are seeking a highly skilled Technical Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our building and process technology systems.
Key Responsibilities- Support Facility Management: Collaborate with facility management to plan and implement annual or regular maintenance and inspection work, ensuring that all systems are functioning optimally.
- Technical Malfunction Analysis: Identify and resolve technical malfunctions in a timely and efficient manner, minimizing downtime and ensuring business continuity.
- System Monitoring: Regularly check operating parameters, including hygiene parameters, indoor air quality, and media, and compare them with building control technology to ensure compliance and optimal performance.
- Optimization and Training: Support optimization processes for building and process technology systems, and provide training and technical support to technical service and pool staff.
- Route Planning and Coordination: Plan routes in your area and coordinate personnel and technical equipment needed for the mobile technical service, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
- Seasonal Start-up and Shutdown: Oversee the seasonal start-up and shutdown of building and process technology systems in the pools, working closely with pool management to ensure a seamless process.
- Warranty Claims: Support facility management in tracking warranty claims by recording and documenting defects and monitoring their resolution.
