Business Development Representative

We are looking for a talented and ambitious Business Development Representative to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing pipeline specific to assigned markets, including global accounts, utilities, financial/banking, healthcare, data centers, federal, state, and local governments, K-12 & higher education.
The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to learn and understand customer challenges, as well as the ability to adapt to business changes and influence others. You will work closely with our designers/estimators, sales engineers, and subject matter experts to create and deliver winning proposals.
We offer a salary range of $70,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including company holidays and paid time off, fun & laughter day off, medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance & disability plan, wellness program, 401(k) matching plan, tuition reimbursement, and vehicle reimbursement plan.
