We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven National Account Sales Executive to join our team at The Planet Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building client relationships, and expanding our presence in the market for Application Management Services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share for AMS offerings
  • Sell Planet Technology as a staffing business partner to prospective client companies
  • Conduct client needs assessments and solution presentations to articulate the value proposition of our AMS services and address client pain points
  • Collaborate with the delivery team regarding job openings and client requirements to ensure strong candidate matches and interviews are coordinated in a timely manner
  • Monitor and stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 7+ years of sales experience in the IT services industry, with a focus on Application Management Services
  • Successful solution sales and business development experience selling to Medium Enterprise (ME) or Large Enterprise (LE) organizations
  • Experience in business application sales, Workday highly preferred or similar Financial/HCM/ERP System
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in a competitive market environment
  • Strong understanding of application management lifecycle, including application support, maintenance, enhancement, and modernization
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales-related tools
