Lead a High-Performing Team

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager/Project Manager to lead a high-performing data-driven team. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve site performance and efficiency, collaborating with the Regional Director to achieve exceptional outcomes, and ensuring that all employees within their Opportunity Center(s) are fully informed of agency policies and expectations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

A competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per year is offered, depending on qualifications and experience.

About the Role

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve site performance and efficiency
  • Collaborate with the Regional Director to achieve exceptional outcomes
  • Ensure that all employees within their Opportunity Center(s) are fully informed of agency policies and expectations
  • Run reports and use data to plan daily and weekly tasks and create longer term strategies for site achievement
  • Analyze site data and metrics for strengths and areas for improvement in performance and efficiency while identifying priority areas for staff and their assigned caseload

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher education and/or equivalent experience A+
  • 5+ years of program management and supervisory experience
  • Non-profit experience, preferred
