">Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager/Project Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing a high-performing data-driven team, collaborating with the Regional Director to achieve exceptional outcomes, and upholding agency policies and expectations.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or higher education and/or equivalent experience, as well as 5+ years of program management and supervisory experience. Non-profit experience is preferred.

A competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per year is offered, depending on qualifications and experience.

About the Role

  • Manage and delineate responsibilities to a Site Supervisor
  • Uphold and ensure that all employees within their Opportunity Center(s) are fully informed of agency policies and expectations
  • Run reports and use data to plan daily and weekly tasks and create longer term strategies for site achievement
  • Analyze site data and metrics for strengths and areas for improvement in performance and efficiency while identifying priority areas for staff and their assigned caseload
  • Conduct monthly case reviews to ensure compliance, quality, and adherence to standards
  • Responsible for the hiring, orientation, and training of employees

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher education and/or equivalent experience A+
  • 5+ years of program management and supervisory experience
  • Non-profit experience, preferred
