Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute account plans to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Manage delivery components of the Account P&L and ensure costs are within committed levels.
  • Direct the efforts of technical solution team members to meet contract obligations.
  • Provide complex metrics and reporting support to stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for growth, innovation, and efficiency improvements.
  • Build and sustain effective communications with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure positive customer experience and satisfaction through NPS Action Plans.
  • Hold Customer Governance meetings and ensure Crisis Management/Business Continuity Plans are active.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of service delivery experience in Public Sector and Government Agencies.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience managing and developing technical teams.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience delivering Service-Oriented Architectures.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience managing a large portfolio of IT Services.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience working in a Digital Workplace Services environment.
  • Project Management Certification.
